Hey, all! Long time. Well I've posted a couple times but nothing addressing the day-to-day goings on. And I don't remember what I have and have not posted about so I appologize if I'm repeating myself.

So let's see. New job. Don't hate it. I actually LIKE it. Weird, I know.

This coming weekend I am going to co-vendor a booth at a craft fair! I'm going to sell necklaces, cards and other stuff that will eventually be in my etsy shop. I want to see how my stuff does at the fair before I list it at 20 cents a listing. Hoping to at least make the money for registering back and maybe some for the cost of supplies. Wish me luck!

I haven't posted any new recipes lately so I don't have any to post here either. Watch out for tomorrows post. SOOOOO many shows I finally caught up on last week!

Pizza! Pizza!

Another week, another... well I don't know. Just another week. I've been making a bunch of necklaces for my etsy shop and because I registered with one of my friends for a craft fair! We are just hoping to come out even for the registration price, time will tell. Check back in May for the report. And I haven't listed any of my necklaces yet in my shop so if you are interested check back for them!

Lessee, I actually had an interview for a potential new job last Thursday and am hoping/waiting to hear. So everyone cross your fingers for me!

In other news, the Avanti Catering company "worked" its first job. And I say "worked" because it was for my friend's party and I did it for free pro bono. It did go very well and I got several unsolicited compliments which I enjoyed so thanks go to Nicki for letting me make all the food and to Sam for happening to be there and helping me! Anyway, so we needed kid friendly food so one of the items we decided to make was:

English Muffin Pizzas!

My mom used to make these for me all the time when I was a kid but I didn't really have any recollection of what they tasted like. Compared to real pizza I thought they were gonna suck, but I actually enjoyed the one I had a lot! So, especially if you have kids, try this recipe!

Just make sure to use "pizza" and not "marinara" sauce.

Still? I Just Joined.

Hey everyone! Not a lot interesting this week. Worked a lot. Hung out with some friends and procrastinated too much so I not only didn't post a recipe yesterday, but also didn't do it today. And didn't either upload my pictures ahead of time or bring them with me so I can't do it now from work. Whoops. I'll just save it for next week I guess.

I did decide that I should start a catering company. Which, the more I think about about it, is way more complicated than just making a bunch of food and serving it. But I really like the idea in theory so I *want* to give it a shot...? We'll see. However, I did make a logo for my "company" because that's something within my grasp to do right away. I can't figure out why it looks kinda familiar to me, like I got the idea from something else. If any of you know, tell me so I can change it.

Also, If you know anyone in the Central PA area who want's to hire someone new to the biz please refer me! I will have lower prices until I'm more confidant in my ability to take on such a task.

I Want to Make Gingerbread Houses

The past three days have left me emotionally and physically drained. Physical labor is sometimes the worst.

So, working more hours than I slept over the past three days has not left time for much else.

I plan to post a recipe sometime during the week since it's Sunday and I didn't post one yet. So, ya know, subscribe to Scrumptious Saturdays if you want to get it right away. Or wait till next week. Or both. 

So since all I did was work and sleep, (and play the new Zelda, it's awesome), I don't have much to say so have a good week and goodbye!

I had. The longest. Week ever. Well, I'm sure I've had other similar weeks but not in a long time. I worked about a million hours, at different jobs, at all hours of the day. Today is finally a day off and I feel compelled to go out and do something but I might just lie in bed all day because it feels so good. I'll probably go out. I need groceries. And due to not being in the apt so much this week, I almost feel like I have to have something to do. Yawn.

I have totally fallen behind in my blog reading but I'm trying to catch up! Sorry everyone who's blogs I read who also read this. Ugh man, my brain is fried. Zero creative capability right now. I think I should make some coffee. Yes definitely, unless anything else distracts me.

I almost decided to move out of my two bedroom apt and move into a one bedroom so that instead of finding a new roommate that I'll ultimately hate I would be able to go about my life happily. AND have a washer/dryer in the apt. But then when I really thought about it, I decided that I don't actually have an extra $250 every month to spend on such a luxury. What I need is someone who wants to sponsor me and my blog for at least $250 a month. Anyone? Anyone? I will personally make you the ad button. It will be amazing and you will not be disappointed. Especially not in the 5-10 clicks you'll get. Yeah.

Sigh. Roommates. I might have to write another roommate story this week. Especially since I failed to do my "Thursday Tales" posts the past two weeks. I've been busy okay? Yeah, eff you too! Sorry, that was uncalled for. I'm just tired. Alright I believe that is all my news. Have a fun, awesome, relaxing, spectacular week!

This is pretty much how I feel right now.

I like my Sketchers, but I LOVE my Prada backpack.

I feel overwhelmed. Well not really. Maybe just "whelmed" which is something you can be in France. But I hung out with practically all of my real life friends all in the same week making for a very busy-in-a-good-way week. I kinda fear for what my credit card bill will be like next week but I don't think it will be too bad. Although, $7 for miniature golf? And it's not even a good course! We had fun taking pictures tho. 

Aside from the inappropriately short skirt and flip flops, I totally look like a real golfer. It made me want to hit the range. Except in sneakers and a longer skirt. I probably won't. I'll feel like everyone else knows I don't belong. 

Anyway, so this week I was a little more on time with Thursday's post than last week. I might take this week off since I'm visiting the fam in my homeland... Jersey.I keep almost forgetting about Foto Friday but I'm sure I'll remember better as the weeks go by. 

Speaking of the fam... I finally finished my brother's wedding video from, oh, over a year ago. I mentioned that before. But now it's all done and in DVD form and everything. AND I made a short one which, assuming YouTube doesn't take it down for using copywrited music, I decided to post here for you!

I think I did something that made the ceremony part of it a bit blurry, which was an accident. I couldn't figure out how to fix it but I also didn't try very hard. I may go back and look at it in the future. Or I might not since it's not bad enough to bother me yet.

Bloggerocalypse 2011

Uh.... can't really think of anything this week. I'm glad Blogger's finally back to normal. That sure was a fun two days. I actually had time to read my friend's blogs but I couldn't leave any comments. So sad.

Ooo well I did take two more rolls of film and one of them isn't filled with random shots of stuff around my apartment so there will be more and hopefully better photos this time. I should have them for this Friday. Wow. Just realized I didn't do a post for this past Foto Friday. Hmm.  Maybe I'll do it later. If there isn't one by 4:30, it's not happening. That I can actually blame on Blogger since it wasn't working till Saturday.

Okay so then that's about it!

Movin' On

I know, I know! I'm so behind on my posts! Blaming it on my actual job taking up all my time. If you all send me a bunch of money...every month, I can quit my job and blog for you full time! No? Okay. So anyway, yeah, you are getting three posts in one day! I'll try to keep this one short. 

First off, as I mentioned last week, I am changing things around a bit. Or a lot. It's subjective. I've applied two of these changes already this past week. Tumblr/Twitter Tuesday has officially been discontinued. It was always pretty crappy and was pretty much just filler anyway. HOWEVER. I will be posting Tumblr pages that are awesome on my Facebook page for this blog, for those of you who are fans of it. Also I have MOVED Recipe Friday to Saturday AND moved it to its own blog! Crazy right? I know, not really. It's called Scrumptious Saturdays and since it's the blog you're about to read's sister blog it looks very similar on purpose. I of course kept the mixing bowl icon from Recipe Friday since it's so awesome. So if you want to get my recipes every week, go there and subscribe to it, and if you have no interest in them, don't subscribe! This week's recipe was going to be up here on Friday as usual, for the last time but I kept leaving the recipe at home so it didn't get typed up at work and then once at home I just forgot. And then I forgot again yesterday. I'll get it posted in a couple hours when I get home but it will only be on the new recipe blog. 

The other changes just involve day shuffling and I won't be making them till next week since the redesign for Scrumptious Saturdays took most of my blog time this week. All I'll say about it is that stories will be earlier in the week, either Monday or Tuesday, and everything else will also be staying.

Digg Me!

Remember like two months ago when I told you all about my photo project and asked you guys for suggestions? Yeah. Well I didn't forget about it either! I will start working on this soon now that the weather is getting nicer. I was able to get a whole bunch of awesome suggestions in the 20 Something Bloggers forum so I have quite the task but I am excited to see how I do. ALSO since I have a handful more readers now, if anyone wants to leave me more ideas here or on the original post please do!

Friends are Expensive

Okay, so what is going on in my life? Did my taxes. Well I did 2/3, Dad did the other 1/3 because he buys Turbo Tax every year. I owe 3 cents to my town which is hilarious to me, I don't know why. I decided that I want to improve my typing and I found an awesome website that I can do it on for free. It's kind of fun which is weird but that's me. I started last Tuesday and have improved my speed from 37 to 48 wpm. PROGRESS! It would be higher if my accuracy was a little better. Hmm what else? I am so tired of wearing pants. I really want to weather to get a bit warmer so I can wear skirts again. I miss my skirts :'( That's right. Crying sad face. 

I do have some other way bigger stuff that will be going on, but it's all really up in the air so I'm not going to announce any of it till I get it a bit more ironed out. 

I hope you all enjoyed the return of my Saturday feature yesterday. I guess I only took a one week hiatus from that but it felt like forever. I guess because the week before I posted on Saturday but because I was sick I didn't illustrate it. Anyway. Looks like I'm back on track with posting regularly. I might miss a day here or there due to laziness but you all will just have to deal :P  

Okay, I think two emoticons in one post means it's time to go. I have Facebook games to attend to. If my crops don't get harvested.... pretty much won't make a difference. Speaking of Facebook, thank you to all of you who "liked" my blog's Facebook page. A whopping 5 of my real life friends have done so which means you are all better than the rest of my friends.

I also have a friend from college who wants me to visit her. Sadly I do not have and extra $600... Or $300 to get her to stop asking.

The Microchip Has Been Compromised

Not a big news week and I'm lacking inspiration due to having this crappy COLD. I hate when I get sick. And really all it is, is this stupid phlegm-y, hacking cough which is somewhat painful on my throat, lungs and diaphragm. And when I say diaphragm, I mean this one. Get your minds out of the gutter. And now I just learned that it's parachute shaped. Thank you internet! I also just learned that phlegm is not spelled "flem" I guess I've never read or written it before. Thank you firefox spell check!

Ok I'd say that's it for this week. Here's a clip from one of my top-ten favorite shows. Who am I kidding, I love all 50 of them equally. But this one is NBC's Parks and Recreation. If you're not watching it, you are missing out.

Oh, I also chose another comic strip to feature here. Making its blog you're about to read debut: Cyanide and Happiness. I think that's the first time I've ever mentioned my own blog by name in said blog. And it's lower case on purpose.
